This delicious Thai Basil Infusion must be one of my favorite things to drink especially when I am looking for something packed with flavors that is warming and uplifting.
Best made from fresh ingredients, this infusion is packed with antioxidants and will relax both body and soul.
- Thai basil flowers and leafs
- Ginger (peeled and sliced)
Preferably fresh ingredients but dried will also do the job.
After allowing water to boil in your preferred way, add the ingredients and let sit for 10 minutes in order to allow the ingredients to release all their flavors and goodness.
Each of the ingredients has their own benefits and together act as a great delicious way to fight stress, depression, and soreness.
This drink is packed with flavors when you leave it to infuse properly. You should not have to add any sugar nor sweeteners.
You can also enjoy it as an iced tea on a hot sunny day. Just leave it to cool down and add some ice.
